Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 qt
- Velveeta cheese - 1 2
- diced onion - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- frozen broccoli
- diced carrots - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- cubed raw potatoes - 2 c
- frozen cauliflower
- to 6 strips crisp bacon, crumbled - 5 item
How to make cheese soup:
Mix bouillon cubes, water, onion, celery and potatoes together. Cover and cook 20 to 30 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until tender. Add cream of chicken soup and 1 cup water.
