Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 2 c
  • butter or margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • flour
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • chopped pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • green pepper - 3 Tbsp
  • shredded sharp cheese - 3/4 c
  • cubed cooked potatoes - 3 c

How to make baked creamed potatoes:

Cook onion and green pepper in butter until soft. Add pimento, flour and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased casserole. Place shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350° until bubbly, about 45 minutes. Combine all ingredients and store in refrigerator until ready to bake.
