Cheesy chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- can crescent rolls - 1 oz
- shredded cheese - 12 oz
- diced bell pepper - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom - 1 item
- 3 breasts cubed chicken
How to make cheesy chicken:
Combine chicken, 6 ounces of the cheese and 1/4 cup bell pepper. Separate the dough into 8 triangles, placing equal amounts of the mixture on each. Roll corners (loosely) over top of mixture into a ball-like shape.In saucepan, combine milk, soup, remaining cheese and bell pepper. Heat until cheese melts. Pour 1/2 of mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Arrange crescents on mixture, then pour remaining mixture around crescents. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
