Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cooked chicken - 2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • soup can milk - 1 item
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • uncooked instant rice - 1 c

How to make cheesy chicken:

Combine all ingredients, except cheese. Bring to boil over medium heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes. Tossing with fork, place a layer of rice mixture in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add a layer of chicken; repeat layers, adding cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
