Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nuts optional - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- minced onions - 2 tsp
- crushed potato chips - 2 c
- chopped hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- medium chicken, cooked and picked from bones - 1 item
How to make baked chicken salad:
Mix all ingredients, except chips; put into a casserole dish. Top it off with chips. Bake in a 450° oven for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Poultry.
