  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • shredded cheese - 1/4 c
  • crushed saltines - 1 c
  • Pie:2 sliced onions

How to make onion pie:

Pie:2 sliced onions2 Tbsp. butter3/4 c. milk2 eggs, beaten3/4 tsp. salt dash of pepper1/4 c. shredded cheese Cook onions in butter. Put in crust. Combine milk, eggs and 3/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Spread over onions and cover with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
