Cheesy chicken

Ingredients/Components

• chicken boneless, optional - 1 item
• butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
• crumbled crackers or fine bread crumbs - 3/4 c
• parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
• dried oregano - 1/2 tsp
• garlic salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make cheesy chicken:

In a bowl, combine crumbs and cheese. Add seasonings and mix well to blend. Melt butter. Dip chicken into butter, then into crumbs. Arrange chicken in lightly oiled ovenproof baking dish. Bake chicken at 375° for about 30 minutes or until brown and done. Chicken should be tender.
