- milk - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- small can green chilies - 1 item
- corn tortillas, quartered - 12 item
- grated Colby or Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- chicken breasts, cooked and sliced - 4 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix soups (undiluted). Alternate chicken, tortillas, soup mix and cheese twice in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Bake at 300° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
