Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- self-rising flour or baking mix - 2 c
How to make cheesy biscuits:
Mix all ingredients together. Drop teaspoons of mixture into ungreased mini muffin pans. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes. Yield: 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, High calcium.
