Ingredients/Components
- cans canned biscuits 30 - 3 item
- cinnamon
- sugar - 1 c
- pecans, raisins or coconut - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
How to make monkey bread:
Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in medium-size bowl. Add a few pieces of biscuits at a time to sugar mixture and stir to coat. Place a layer of pieces in a greased Bundt pan. Sprinkle with pecans, raisins or coconut. Place layers until all biscuit pieces are in pan. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon and sugar mix over last layer. Boil the brown sugar and butter. Pour over biscuits. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Invert on plate.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breads, Rolls/biscuits.
