Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- baking soda - 3/4 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 sticks margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make cheesy biscuits:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Cut butter into flour until mixture develops texture of coarse meal or sand. Stir cheese into mixture until coated. Pour milk a little at a time until moist and holds together. Do not overmix. Roll biscuits to 1/2-inch thickness.
