Cheese stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- Muenster cheese
- garlic powder or minced fresh garlic - 2 Tbsp
- aged Brick cheese
- grated Asiago cheese - 2 c
- 1/2 boxes large shell macaroni - 1 item
How to make cheese stuffed shells:
Shred cheeses; beat eggs with fork and combine with cheeses. Add spices. Mix well with hand. Cook shells as directed. Drain well on paper toweling. Stuff shells. Pour small amount of sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Lay shells on top. Cover shells with rest of sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
