Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/4 item
- pepper - 3/4 tsp
- medium potatoes - 2 item
- small onion - 1 item
- medium carrots - 3 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- grated sharp cheese - 2 c
- stack celery - 1 item
How to make cheese soup:
Chop the potatoes, carrots, celery and onion into small pieces. Cook potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper in two cups of water until done. Add creamed corn.In separate pan, heat 2 cups of milk. Thicken with some flour. Add 1/4 stick margarine. Add 2 cups grated sharp cheese. Blend together. Add to pan. Heat slow. Do not boil. Serves 6.
