- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- grated cheese - 1 item
- slices white bread - 4 item
- cheese slices - 4 item
How to make cheese souffle:
Line baking dish with crustless cheese sandwiches. Beat together eggs and milk. Pour over sandwiches. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Bake at 350° for 3/4 hour.Note: For 6 slices of bread, use 4 eggs and 2 1/2 cups milk.
