Brunch casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- slices white bread - 8 item
- sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
How to make brunch casserole:
Grease baking dish. Place bread in bottom of dish, then sprinkle cheese and sausage over it. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Pour over cheese and sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.Suggestion: Can also add chopped onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, etc.
