Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices bread, buttered and cubed - 6 item
- milk scant - 2 c
- sharp cheese not processed, broken up and sprinkled alternately with bread - 1/2 lb
How to make cheese souffle:
Into a well buttered baking dish, put bread and cheese. Beat eggs, milk and dry mustard slightly and pour over bread and cheese. Bake in a 325° oven for 3/4 hour or until firm.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Low Carb.
