Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- American cheese - 1/2 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- olives - 1 item
- medium Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
- Blue cheese salad dressing or small pkg - 2 Tbsp
How to make cheese balls:
Let all cheeses stand out at room temperature. When soft, beat cheeses in mixer. Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise and 1/4 cup pecans. Mix well, then chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. After chilled, form into ball. Cover ball with parsley, remaining pecans and slices of olives. Serve with party crackers.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
