Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 3/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- loaf sourdough bread, cubed - 1 item
- sausage links, cooked and cut in 1 inch pieces
How to make holiday breakfast casserole:
Beat thoroughly milk, eggs and mustard. In a 9 x 13-inch pan layer bread cubes, cheese and sausage. Pour egg mixture over all and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, pour 1 can soup mixed with 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Bake at 300° for 1 hour or until set.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, Ham.
