Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- half and half - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- slices bread, buttered and cubed - 7 item
- loose sausage, fried, crumbled and drained on paper towel
How to make breakfast quiche:
Beat 6 eggs. Put in half and half, salt and dry mustard. Have a dripping pan and put bread cubes in bottom of pan. Put sausage over bread, then cheese. Last pour egg mixture over. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Omelets and frittatas, Savory pies.
