  • cream cheese - 2 (8
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • garlic powder - 1 item
  • sharp cheese - 1 lb
  • pimento cheese - 1 lb
  • to 5 drops Tabasco sauce - 4 item
  • Velveeta with jalapenos - 1 lb

How to make cheese ball:

Have cheese at room temperature; mix well. Divide into 4 cheese balls; roll in chili powder or chopped nuts. I prefer both.

Note: Recipe can be halved if you prefer. I use it at Christmastime. You only have to make 1 time.
