Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, separated - 3 item
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 12 oz
- red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- stick margarine or butter, melted - 1 item
- slices white bread* - 10 item
How to make cheese pudding:
*Use 12 slices if the slices are thin. Remove the crust and cut bread into cubes. Melt butter; pour over bread cubes in a large bowl. Stir in grated cheese.
