- large egg - 1 item
- soft bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cocktail onions - 28 item
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
- prepared yellow mustard - 1/3 c
- prepared steak sauce - 2 Tbsp
How to make stuffed meatballs:
Microwave: In medium bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, egg and steak sauce. Mix well. Shape 1 tablespoon beef mixture around an onion; roll into a ball. Repeat with remaining beef mixture and onions.
