Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 lb
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- egg yolks, beaten - 3 item
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sharp grated cheese - 3/4 lb
- slices loaf bread - 9 item
How to make cheese pudding:
Remove crust from bread. Cube bread and soak in margarine. Add cheese, red pepper, mustard, milk and salt. Beat egg whites and fold in mixture. Pour in buttered rectangle dish. Set aside for 12 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Main dish.
