Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- cheese - 1/4 lb
How to make cheese fondue:
Scald milk in double boiler. Add bread crumbs and cheese, cut up rather fine. Add salt and egg yolks, beaten to lemon color. Cook while beating egg whites stiff. Fold in egg whites and bake 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
