- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- boiling water - 1 c
- graham crackers - 2 3
- stick butter - 1 item
- cream cheese - 1 (9
- sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- can Milnot - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
How to make cheese cake:
Mix jello with water and let get partially set in refrigerator. Crush graham crackers and melt butter. Mix together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. (Leave a few graham crackers for topping.) Mix cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. In separate bowl, beat 1 can Milnot. Add vanilla. Add jello mix to cream cheese mix, then to Milnot mix. Mix well. Pour over crumbs.
