Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- cream cheese, softened
- graham crackers, crushed
- Topping:1 small carton sour cream
How to make cheesecake:
Cheesecake:12 oz. cream cheese, softened3/4 c. granulated sugar2 eggs1/2 tsp. vanilla pinch of salt Topping:1 small carton sour cream2 tsp. sugar Crust: Stir graham crackers, sugar and butter together in a bowl. Set aside 1/4 of mixture for topping. Press the remaining mixture firmly in an even layer against bottom and sides of pie pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Cool, then fill with cheesecake mixture.Cheesecake: Blend cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs, one at a time. Do not overbeat! Add salt and vanilla. Put mixture into graham cracker crust. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. After it is cooled, top with sour cream and sugar topping.
Topping: Mix together sour cream and sugar. Spread on cheesecake and bake at 450° for 5 minutes. Top with remaining graham cracker mixture.
