  • sugar - 1 c
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • almond extract - 2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • medium eggs - 5 item

How to make cheese cake:

In a large mixer, cream the cheese 1/3 of package at a time. Mix until creamy. Add sugar and salt slowly; mix until well blended. Add 1 egg at a time; mix well after each egg. Add almond extract. Pour into spring-form pan with graham cracker crust.
