Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- pkg - 4 oz
- vanilla wafers - 48 item
- ReaLemon juice - 3 Tbsp
How to make little cheesecakes:
Have ingredients at room temperature. Into cupcake pans, put paper liners and a vanilla wafer. Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients and cream together. Beat on low speed until light and fluffy. Spoon into cups, 3/4 full. Bake at 375° until set (10 to 15 minutes). Cool out of pan on cake rack. When cool spread cherry pie filling on top of each one. Store in refrigerator.
