Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- 2 can pineapple
- graham crackers - 36 item
- large can cold evaporated milk whipped - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Cream sugar, cheese and vanilla; add boiling water. Allow to cool. Fold whipped cream in jello; add to creamed sugar and cheese mixture; then add crushed pineapple. Crush cracker crumbs and mix with melted butter or margarine. Firmly pack 2/3 of the mixture in bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add filling.
