Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/4 c
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
- Mix well
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan
- melted butter no margarine - 1/2 c
How to make cheese cake:
After mixing dry ingredients, mix in butter. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake on top rack at 350° for 15 minutes, until lightly brown.Filling:2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla3 eggs Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add eggs. Beat well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Topping:2 c. sour cream (16 oz. carton)1/3 c. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix ingredients. Carefully spoon over baked filling.
