Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp
- Philadelphia cream cheese - 8 oz
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- graham crackers - 25 item
- can Milnot - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Mix jello with boiling water and cool slightly. Cool can of Milnot and whip quite stiff. Cream the cream cheese with sugar and vanilla. Mix well with jello. Fold this mixture into whipped Milnot. Roll graham crackers fine and cream with butter and powdered sugar. Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with 1 1/2 cups cracker mixture. Top with other 1/2 cup.
