Cheddar scalloped potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
How to make cheddar scalloped potatoes:
In skillet over medium heat in hot butter, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling; add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Stir occasionally. Garnish with sage, if desired. Makes 4 servings. Recipe may be doubled.For Cheesier Flavor: Add with soup 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
