Grandma's potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- to 6 medium potatoes - 4 item
- to 4 hard-cooked eggs - 3 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped sweet pickles - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- mustard
- milk - 1/4 c
- Ranch dressing - 1/2 pkg
How to make grandma's potato salad:
Cook and drain potatoes. Add chopped eggs, onion, celery and pickles. Add salt and pepper to taste.Mix mayonnaise, mustard, milk and Ranch dressing, in separate bowl. Pour over potato mixture. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or overnight before serving.
