Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- small onion, sliced - 1 item
- can broccoli cheese soup - 1 item
How to make cheddar scalloped potatoes:
In skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling. Add potatoes. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally. Yields 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Canadian.
