Lima bean and corn casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- melted butter - 3 4
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dry bread crumbs - 2 c
- whole kernel corn - 2 c
- 1 pkg - 2 c
- green onion tops - 1/2 c
- small jar chopped pimento - 1 oz
How to make lima bean and corn casserole:
Melt butter. Add flour. Remove from heat and add milk. Stir well. Return to heat and heat until thick. Mix remaining ingredients into the sauce mixture. Top with 2 cups bread crumbs and drizzle with 3 to 4 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
