  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • melted butter - 3 4
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • dry bread crumbs - 2 c
  • whole kernel corn - 2 c
  • 1 pkg - 2 c
  • green onion tops - 1/2 c
  • small jar chopped pimento - 1 oz

How to make lima bean and corn casserole:

Melt butter. Add flour. Remove from heat and add milk. Stir well. Return to heat and heat until thick. Mix remaining ingredients into the sauce mixture. Top with 2 cups bread crumbs and drizzle with 3 to 4 tablespoons melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
