Sweet potato crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1 c
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- stick melted margarine - 1 item
- cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
- marshmallows add last 5 minutes of cooking time
How to make sweet potato crunch:
Topping:1/4 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 stick butter, melted1 c. nuts marshmallows (add last 5 minutes of cooking time) Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare sweet potato mixture by beating well first 5 ingredients and pouring into oblong baking dish.Prepare topping by mixing well second set of ingredients and pouring over potato mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. The last 5 minutes, add marshmallows until toasted.
This is a favorite dish in our family during the holidays. It is so good, even if you don't like sweet potatoes.
