Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- carrots - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1 c
How to make carrot salad:
Cook carrots until tender; drain. Cut onion in rings. Dice bell pepper. Mix with sugar, oil, vinegar, soup, salt and pepper. Let set in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Vegetables, Carrots.
