Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- diced tomatoes - 1 c
- small flour tortilla shells - 1 pkg
- strips microwaved bacon should be crispy - 5 item
How to make breakfast burritos:
Crumble bacon. Beat eggs with cheese and milk. Add bacon, onion and tomatoes. Fry egg mixture until done. Warm shells in oven (coat each shell with margarine). Serve mixture in shells.Recipe categories: Breakfast, North american, Mexican.
