  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • stick softened margarine - 1 item
  • box sifted confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • Preheat oven to 300°

How to make carrot cake:

Mix well. Preheat oven to 300°. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Start at 300° and then increase to 325°. Bake for 45 minutes or until done. Cool, then ice the cake.Icing:1 large softened cream cheese1 stick softe
