- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil
- soda - 2 tsp
- grated carrots - 3 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- pecans - 1/2 c
- stick softened margarine - 1 item
- box sifted confectioners sugar - 1 item
- Preheat oven to 300°
How to make carrot cake:
