  • eggs - 4 item
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • banana flavoring - 1/4 1/2
  • instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
  • banana cake mix - 1 pkg
  • Generously grease and flour pan

How to make banana pound cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Generously grease and flour pan. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl, beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake at 350° until cake is done (60 minutes). Cook cake in pan for 25 minutes. Then invert onto plate.Glaze:1/2 c. canned milk1/2 c. sugar1/2 stick margarine Cook on medium heat stirring constantly. Let boil until slightly thickened. Poke holes in cake and pour glaze over cake.
