  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 3 item
  • cocoa - 1 Tbsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • Pour in pie crust and bake at 350° for 45 minutes

How to make chocolate pie:

Mix together, adding melted butter last. Pour in pie crust and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with Meringue.Meringue:3 egg whites1/4 tsp. cream of tartar3 Tbsp. sugar Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until it will not fall out of bowl.
