- butter - 1/2 c
- oil
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- nuts - 1/2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- sm - 3 c
- Frosting:2 8 oz cream cheese
How to make carrot cake:
Frosting:2 8 oz cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. butter Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add oil, carrots, eggs, nuts & vanilla. Bake at 350° for 40-45 mins.
