Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 4 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• oil
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• nuts - 1/2 c
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• sm - 3 c
• Frosting:2 8 oz cream cheese

How to make carrot cake:

Frosting:2 8 oz cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1/2 c. butter Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon. Add oil, carrots, eggs, nuts & vanilla. Bake at 350° for 40-45 mins. Makes 2 9 inch or 1 extra long cake. For frosting, combine all ingredients. Nuts may be added.
