- vanilla - 1 tsp

- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- grated zucchini - 3 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- rum flavoring - 1/2 tsp
How to make zucchini cake:
Cream Cheese Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 c. butter1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. rum flavoring Preheat oven to 300°. Grease and flour an angel food cake pan. Mix zucchini, sugar, oil, water and eggs. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to first set of ingredients and mix well. Add nuts. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours. When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Squash.
