Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • loaves frozen bread dough - 2 item
  • or 2 small pkg
  • nuts or raisins if desired - 1 item
  • milk or use 1/2 c - 2 Tbsp

How to make caramel rolls:

Let bread thaw but do not let rise (about 30 to 45 minutes). Grease 9 x 13-inch pan. Tear one loaf of bread and put in pan. Melt butter; add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour over dough. Tear second loaf and throw in empty spots. Let rise 2 to 4 hours or overnight. Bake at 375° for about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove onto plate or wax paper.
