Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make caramel icing:
Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in brown sugar. Stir over low heat 2 minutes. Add milk. Heat until boiling. Remove from heat and cool to lukewarm. Stir in confectioners sugar. Spread onto cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
