- granulated sugar
- milk - 1 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
How to make caramel icing:
Place margarine in hot skillet. Brown 1/2 cup sugar in skillet while cooking 2 cups sugar and milk in saucepan. Add sugar to milk mixture when it is brown. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
