Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk - 1 c
- oleo - 2 Tbsp
How to make caramel icing:
Melt oleo in skillet with 1/2 cup sugar. While it cooks, in another pan, cook 2 cups sugar and milk. Add sugar mixture when it is brown. Cook like fudge until it forms soft balls in cold water. Will ice 2 layers for cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
