Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- popped corn - 3 4
- white corn syrup - 1/4 c
How to make caramel corn:
Microwave the first 4 ingredients on High 2 minutes. After reaching hard boil, add the soda to the cooked syrup and stir. Put the popped corn in a large grocery bag. Pour the syrup over the corn in the bag and fold down the end. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes on High. Shake bag well. Turn bag over and microwave another 1 1/4 minutes. Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
