Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- soda - 3/4 tsp
- popped corn - 6 7
- cream of tartar - 1/4 tsp
- white corn syrup - 1/2 c
How to make oven caramel corn:
Mix sugar, butter and syrup. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda, cream of tartar and salt. Stir quickly and pour over popcorn. Mix well. Put in large roaster at 200° for 1 hour.
