Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- sorghum or white Karo - 1/2 c
How to make caramel corn:
Boil the first 4 ingredients 5 minutes. Add vanilla and soda. Pour over 6 to 7 quarts of popped corn; stir well. Bake 1 hour at 250°, stirring every 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, American.
